Most farm jobs run from a single visit to quote the roof properly through to completion in a matter of days, weather permitting. Buildings stay usable between phases wherever possible, and livestock areas are kept separated from the work zone.

Common questions
Is it legal for me to remove an asbestos roof myself?
No. Asbestos cement roofing must be removed and disposed of by competent, licensed contractors. HSE regulations control how it is handled, transported and disposed of - and disposal sites will only accept the waste with the correct documentation. Using a licensed contractor protects you, your family, your staff and your tenancy agreements.
How much does asbestos barn roof replacement cost?
It depends on roof area, sheet type, access and the replacement system you choose. That is exactly why we quote from approximate dimensions: send length and width and we will give you a budget figure within 48 hours, with no site visit.
Do you replace the roof as well as remove the asbestos?
Yes - removal and replacement is our core work. You deal with one contractor from the first phone call to the finished roof, including flashings, rooflights and gutters.
Can you work around livestock and cropping calendars?
Yes. We agree start dates in advance and plan phases around your calendar. Tell us your constraints when you ask for the quote and we will build them into the programme.
